Easy seashell candle decor

Things you will need :)
♡dollar tree tea light candle
♡ seashells - I got mine from old time pottery for $2.99. Any craft store should have them or simply pick them from the beach :)
♡glue gun
♡microwaveable bowl
♡cutting board
♡knife
This project is very simple and cheap but makes cute beachy decor. I made these for my daughters birthday party.
So first thing to do is to cover your work space and make sure that you have a flat surface.  also, you will be melting wax, so be careful. I burned my fingers a couple of times.
Take you tea light candle on the cutting board. I placed my knife as close as possible to the wick and cut it in half.
Right away the wick was free and so easy.
i put all the wax in a microwaveable container and microwaved for 10 sec. Intervals and stirred the wax in between until it was melted. While the wax was melting then i got my hot glue gun and just placed the glue in the middle of the shell and placed the wick on top of the glue and waited a couple of minutes for it to dry.
Once it's dry i poured my wax very slowly in the seashell. I waited for them to dry for about 30 minutes and then they were ready to light. I think they turned out great and everybody loved them at my daughters party and they kept asking where i bought them from. I hope enjoyed  :)
